Sometimes opportunities don’t come in the way you expect.
Recently, I applied for a position that wasn’t ultimately the right fit for me. Instead of ending there, I took the initiative to connect and discuss my experience, portfolio, and the type of work I enjoy doing.
What started as a job application turned into a meaningful conversation, and that conversation has now led to a new project opportunity for one of their clients.
This experience reminded me of something important:
Not every application will lead to the role you applied for, but every conversation has the potential to open a new door.

- Keep having genuine conversations.
You never know where a single connection might lead.
